Every now and then I get stuck on how to style my ethnic wear in winters. Wearing a cardigan over a Kurta is so basic. And I don’t really like doing things like how it is done. And when it comes to styling ethnic, my favourite way is to blend it with some western counterparts. Pairing your ethnics with your western attire always look more appealing and gives you an edge.
So when I had to wear this ethnic dress, I paired it with a pullover instead of the usual cardigan, and tied a belt over it to give my body a good shape. And it looked more pleasing and very modern. For accessory, I had this very beautiful german silver handmade jhumka from Qtrove. It is the best ethnic jhumka I have owned so far. When I saw it on the Qtrove website, I was instantly mesmerised by it. I really love the small intricate bird design on it and what I absolutely love about it, is the fact that it is handmade.
All the products on Qtrove.com are curated and one of a kind, which is hard to find elsewhere. They promote small local sellers and all the products are sustainable. As their tagline goes, “Curated with love”, indeed everything on website is made with love. So anything that you buy from there, is unique. I was very happy with my earrings and definitely will buy more products.
